A convicted murderer and the mother of a 4-year-old boy are accused in a disturbing child abuse case that left the child with broken bones, burns, bruises, and injuries doctors ultimately categorized as "torture," according to court documents obtained by Daily Voice on Tuesday, Aug. 11.
