The same two young Maryland girls who police say were left home alone earlier this year were found unattended inside their apartment once more, leading to a second child neglect case against their mother. Aberdeen Police were called to an apartment in the unit block of Northeast Road shortly before 11:35 a.m. on Thursday, July 16, after receiving a report that two children had been left alone inside.
