A late-night vice operation in North Jersey ended with six arrests involving prostitution, suspected cocaine, money laundering, and multiple outstanding warrants, police said.

A cat was killed in a house fire in Franklin Township Saturday, June 13, authorities sad.
At 8:21 p.m., officers responded to a report of a garage fire in the 100 block of Willow Avenue, Franklin Township police said. While firefighters were able to extinguish the blaze, the home was deemed uninhabitable, police said.
A Good Samaritan assisted in removing a dog, though they suffered a minor bite wound on their finger, police said. The dog was safely removed from the residence, although one cat was found deceased and another is unaccounted for, police said.
