A new arrival has made history at the highest levels of the federal government.
Vice President JD Vance and Second Lady Usha Vance announced on Sunday, July 19, that they had welcomed their fourth child, a baby boy named Alec Neel Vance, that morning.
JD Vance, 41, and Usha Vance, 40, said both mother and baby were healthy. Alec joins siblings Ewan, 9, Vivek, 6, and Mirabel, 4.
